GREENWICH, CT : A driver was sent to Stamford Hospital after crash on Sunday, June 11, 2017

A driver was sent to Stamford Hospital Sunday after crashing into a tree off of Route 15 southbound.
The male driver was riding in the left lane shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday when he served to the right lane and then off the road. Rolling through a grassy embankment, he crashed into a tree 40 feet into the woods, according to state police.
Police said the driver had a laceration on his right leg. He was sent to Stamford Hospital.
The driver was the only person in the car, police said.
Police did not release the identity of the driver.
