CALDWELL PARISH, LA : Two teens killed in Caldwell Parish crash and two adults injured on Friday, September 22nd 2017

Louisiana State Police has identified the victims as Tristen Robinson,16, and Ava 'Gracie' Crockett of Columbia, La.

Police said Robinson was driving when the car went off the road. When it got back on the road, the car drove across both lanes when a truck hit the car.

Robinson and Crockett were both wearing seat belts, but sustained fatal injuries.

In the truck were Jose Vargas, 39, and Martha Salinas, 38.
Both were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Toxicology samples were taken and will be submitted to a lab.

The crash is still under investigation.
