Columbus, OH : Woman killed in crash at I-71 and I-670 on Sunday, October, 22nd 2017

A driver died after her car crashed into a highway guard rail Sunday morning near Downtown, Columbus police said.

Brieanna N. Finneran, 28, was driving west on the entrance ramp from I-71 southbound to I-670 westbound when her car struck the guard rail on the south side of the lanes around 9:30 a.m. She was taken to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, where she died later from her injuries, police said.

This was the 51st traffic fatality in Columbus this year, police said.
