SULLIVAN, NY : 2nd person dies after tractor-trailer crash on Thruway on Thursday, 25th April 2019

A man hit by a tractor-trailer Wednesday on the New York State Thruway in Madison County has died, hospital officials said.

James F. Bowen III, 21, of Syracuse, died at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, a hospital spokeswoman said. He was the second person who died after they were hit by the truck.

Grace L. Wilson, 24, of Syracuse, was taken to Upstate after being hit by the truck, but she was pronounced dead at the hospital.
