ST PAUL, MN : Cyclist dies after collision with light rail in St Paul on Wednesday, 29h May 2024

One person was fatally struck by a Metro Transit Green Line train on Wednesday afternoon.

Officers from the Metro Transit Police Department were called to scene for a collision between a train and cyclist around 4:15 p.m., said Nikki Muehlhausen, a public information officer for the department. The cyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene.
