OCONEE COUNTY, SC : Crash along I-85 near South Carolina, Georgia border causes traffic issues on Friday, 7th July 2023

The South Carolina Department of Transportation announced that a crash along I-85 South near the South Carolina and Georgia border shut down traffic Friday afternoon.
At one point Friday afternoon, all lanes of traffic were shut down. However, traffic has started to move again.
Officials haven’t released any information about the crash. We will update this story as it develops.
