BELLE FOURCHE, SD : Belle Fourche crash victim ID'd on Friday, January, 26th 2018

A 25-year-old Belle Fourche man has been identified as the person who died Friday morning in a two-vehicle crash east of Belle Fourche.
According to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety, Jeremiah Chyba was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say the crash happened at 7 p.m. Friday when Trystin Goff, 24, of Rapid City, was driving a 1999 Ford F-350 pickup westbound on South Dakota Highway 34, about 6 miles east of Belle Fourche. When Goff tried to pass a pickup hauling a flatbed trailer, he struck Chyba's eastbound 2007 Volkswagon Jetta.
Goff suffered minor injuries and was transported to the Spearfish hospital.
