OACOMA, SD : Boy flags down help after six injured in serious crash near Oacoma on Monday, 16th July 2018

After being involved in a serious crash Monday, a 9-year-old boy climbed out of a vehicle, walked a few hundred yards to the interstate and flagged down help.

The South Dakota Department of Public Safety said six people were inside the 2009 Chevrolet 1500 pickup traveling west on Interstate 90, near Oacoma, when it crashed. A 20-year-old woman sustained life-threatening injuries.
