DENVER, CO : Pedestrian dies in north Denver crash on Monday, January 23rd 2017

A man has died after being struck by several vehicles in north Denver.

The Colorado State Patrol says the accident was reported at about 6:20 a.m. Monday. It’s not clear if the man was walking or already lying down in the road when he was hit the first time. The man was wearing dark clothing.

Troopers say it’s possible the drivers thought they hit debris in the road.

The victim’s name and age haven’t been released.
