KANSAS CITY, MO: Fatal crash closes westbound I-70 on Wednesday, 15th November 2023

The westbound lanes of Interstate 70 near Adam’s Dairy Parkway closed for a second time Wednesday after a fatal crash that killed a 28-year-old Lenexa man.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said traffic was moving slowly in the area around 2:15 p.m., which is when a 2022 International truck slammed into the back of a 2004 Ford Excursion.

The Ford Excursion crashed into the guardrail, according to the patrol's report.

The International ran into the back of a FedEx semi.
