Orange,CA : 9-year-old boy killed in hit-and-run crash Thursday night August 6th 2015

Police say two drivers have been arrested in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 9-year-old boy in the city of Orange.

Lt. Fred Lopez says it appears both motorists ran a red light Thursday night and at least one struck Jesse Rosales, who was crossing the street with his sister.

Investigators are trying to determine if the men were racing.

The Orange County Register says 51-year-old Jerro Roderick and 26-year-old Miguel Villa Gomez could face charges of vehicular manslaughter charges.
