Wellborn, FL : Woman sustains serious injuries in a one vehicle accident on State Road 10 Tuesday night, May 24, 2016

A Live Oak woman involved in a one vehicle accident Tuesday night was flown to Shands at UF with serious injuries, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report.

Bonnie Coy O’Malley, 47, was traveling on State Road 10, half a mile west of County Road 137, in a 2002 Chevrolet pickup around 7:30 p.m. when she traveled off the road, the report states.

An attempt to get back on the roadway caused the vehicle to begin rotating counterclockwise and overturn, the report states.

As the truck was overturning, O’Malley was ejected from the truck, the report states.

According to the report, O'Malley was flown to Shands at UF with serious injuries.
