The victim in a fatal car accident in Georgetown County has been identified.
Henry Collins, 58, died in a single-car accident on Mt. Zion Road west of Highway 17, according to the Georgetown County Coroner.
Around 5 a.m., Collins was traveling east on Mount Zion Road, ran off the right side and overturned, according to Cpl. Sonny Collins with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Collins was the only person in the car and wasn't wearing a seatbelt, Collins said.
