NASHVILLE, TN : Woman was killed in a crash in Antioch on Tuesday, May 30, 2017

Metro police say a woman was killed in a crash in Antioch on Tuesday afternoon.

The crash happened at the intersection of Hickory Park Drive and Bell Road.

Police say the driver of a Chevrolet Equinox, 77-year-old Nancy Morton, was traveling north on Bell Road when she collided with a Hyundai Accent driven by 33-year-old Ichha Chamlagai.

His passenger, 71-year-old Dirpa Chamlagai, was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she died.

Three other passengers in the Hyundai, including two children, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Morton was transported to Southern Hills Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say Ichha Chamlagai was attempted to turn left onto Bell Road from Hickory Park Drive. Investigators have not yet determined who had the right of way.

There was no indication at the scene of alcohol or drug involvement, police say.
