PHILADELPHIA, PA : 1 dead, 3 critically injured in Northeast Philly crash on Monday, 20th February 2023

A 21-year-old man from Montgomery County was killed in a collision in Northeast Philadelphia, police say.
It happened around 1:35 a.m. Monday on the 2700 block of Levick Street.
Police say the victim, identified as Steven Thompson of Norristown, Pa., was a passenger in the back of a Chevrolet that was traveling northbound on the Roosevelt Boulevard.
At the same time, an Audi was also traveling northbound on the Boulevard.
Police say both vehicles were traveling at a high rate of speed.
