York ,PA :One person killed after head-on collision on Wednesday evening ,September 2nd 2015

Two cars were involved in a head-on collision in the 5000 block of Lineboro Road just over the Pennsylvania line Wednesday evening, according to Don Fair of the Lineboro Volunteer Fire Department.

One person was killed in the crash, which occurred at about 5 p.m. according to Fair. The other driver was taken to York Trauma Center for observation.

The collision is currently being investigated by the Southwest Regional Police Department.
