Oklahoma City, OK : OKC man wanted in fatal auto-pedestrian crash on Thursday, 22nd March 2018
A judge has ordered the arrest of an Oklahoma City man accused of intentionally running over another man in a parking lot.
Joram Morales Lopez, 29, was being sought Thursday by Oklahoma City police in the death of Horacio Hernandez, 31, of Luther. Lopez is wanted on a murder complaint.
Early Saturday, police went to 2001 S Meridian Ave. in reference to Hernandez being run over. The victim died after being taken to a hospital, police reported in a court affidavit filed in Oklahoma County District Court.
Investigators later learned Hernandez and others were involved in a fight in the parking lot with Lopez, police reported. At one point, Lopez got into a truck, ran over Hernandez and drove off, police reported.
