Marblehead, IL : 16-year-old boy suffers minor injuries in one-vehicle crash near Marblehead on Thursday, April 7, 2016

A 16-year-old boy suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 5:37 p.m. Thursday on North 553rd Lane a quarter-mile west of Ill. 57 south of Quincy.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department said the unidentified juvenile was driving a white 2006 Chevrolet pickup truck east on North 553rd Lane when he lost control on the gravel road, left the south side of the road and overturned.
The driver was able to leave the vehicle on his own and was taken to Blessing Hospital with minor injuries.
He was wearing a seat belt, the Sheriff's Department said.
Assisting were the Adams County Ambulance Service and the Payson Fire Department.
