Johnstown, PA : 40-year-old Lisa Hudack died in ATV crash on Saturday, March 19, 2016

State police are trying to recreate an all-terrain vehicle accident that killed a Pennsylvania woman reportedly on her way home from a bar with her husband.

Nobody has been charged in the crash that killed 40-year-old Lisa Hudack, of Parkhill, shortly before 4 a.m. Saturday.

Cambria County Coroner Jeffrey Lees says the woman was a passenger when the ATV took a shortcut home and went over a 20-foot high embankment.

Conemaugh Township and state police have continued investigating, as is the coroner's office.

Toxicology tests on Hudack's body aren't complete. Nobody has been charged in the crash.
