Garland sailor killed in New York crash

MALTA, N.Y. AP - Authorities have identified two sailors who died in a head-on crash in Saratoga County. The Saratoga County Coroner identified the men as Joshua Williammee of Texas and Joshua Smith of central New York. Both were 20.
