DENVER, CO : 1 dead after early morning crash in Denver on Monday, 1st January 2024

The Denver Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that happened early Monday morning in north Denver.

The crash happened at about 5 a.m. near East 53rd Avenue and North Chambers Road, according to a Denver Police post on the social platform X. That's in the Montbello neighborhood.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash, a blue Dodge Caravan and a gray Acura SUV, according to police.
