A 78-year-old woman was killed in a crash in Mandarin late Wednesday morning, according to Jacksonville police. Investigators said Llewellyn Sadler was driving a Buick, coming out of Princess Labeth Court about 11:30 a.m. and rolled through the stop sign to turn left onto Old St Augustine Road.
