Stillwater, OK : Two Stillwater residents injured in car wreck on Monday afternoon, February 6, 2017
A two-vehicle collision sent a driver and her passenger to the hospital Monday afternoon. According to the Department of Public Safety report, a 2000 Ford Mustang driven by Garrett Grazee, 18 of Glencoe, failed to yield at a stop sign and struck a 2006 Toyota driven by Taylor Huff, 19 of Stillwater.
Huff was transported by ambulance to Stillwater Medical Center before being transferred and admitted to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City in stable condition with neck injuries. Her passenger Ryan Hughes, 20 of Stillwater, was also transported to SMC and transferred to OU Medical Center in stable condition with neck injuries.
The wreck occurred at around 2:25 at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Prairie Road, three miles east of Stillwater. Frazee was eastbound on 10th and Huff was northbound on Prairie.
Frazee was not injured. Huff was pinned for about 20 minutes before being freed by the Stillwater Fire Department. Seat belts were in use by everyone.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Payne County Sheriff's Office, Stillwater Fire Department and LifeNet EMS responded to the wreck.
