Provo,UT : Maple Mountain High School senior killed in vehicle crash on may, Monday 22th 2017

A Maple Mountain High School senior was killed Monday evening in a vehicle collision near 1600 N. Main Street.

According to a press release from the Mapleton Police Department, an 18-year-old female, identified as Kathrynn Shaw, was killed Monday night. She was expected to graduate from Maple Mountain High School this week.

The press release states that at about 7:30 p.m. Monday, a 17-year-old male was traveling west on 1600 North in Mapleton in a passenger vehicle when he ran a stop sign, colliding with an SUV traveling south on Main Street.
