Oil City, PA : A two-vehicle accident on Interstate 80 in Scrubgrass Township on February, Saturday 10th 2018

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at 5:51 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 80 in Scrubgrass Township.

Franklin state police said David Galvin, 21, of Zelienople, was driving a 2014 Freightliner flatbed truck east on I-80 in the right lane.
