Two people suffered life-threatening injuries in a head-on crash on Millbrook Road on Saturday, Nantucket Fire Chief Paul Rhude.
Ten people were evaluated in all after the crash between two sports utility vehicles at around 4:24 p.m., Rhude said. A child also suffered injuries that were not life-threatening, and all three victims were taken to Nantucket

Cottage Hospital.
A 56-year-old New Jersey man was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, said Nantucket Police Lt. Jerry Adams.
The crash is still under investigation by Nantucket police.
