Indianola, IA : Man killed in fatal crash with semi on Highway 65/69 in Warren County on Monday, March 7, 2016

The Iowa State Patrol has released the identity of a man killed in a crash on Highway 65/69 late Monday.

Multiple law enforcement agencies were on the scene are investigating a crash in the southbound lane of Highway 65/69 in Warren County. The crash occurred six miles north of the Indianola city limits.

The crash occurred between a semi and a truck.

Officials said the semi driver was waiting in the median to make a U-turn onto the southbound lane of Highway 65/69. The truck crashed into the semi truck from behind in the southbound lane.

The semi landed in the median facing the West side of the highway.

The victim was identified Tuesday as Dylan Watson, 22, of Menlo Iowa.

The Iowa State Patrol said the crash is under investigation.
