KINGSBURY, NY : Kingsbury woman charged with DWI after crash on Sunday, June 25, 2017
A 35-year-old local woman was not injured, but has been charged with felony driving while intoxicated after her Chevrolet Trailblazer wound up partially submerged in the Feeder Canal, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
Erin McNally was also issued a citation for failure to use a designated lane in the 4:21 a.m. incident. Police said she did not need to be extricated from the Trailblazer.
McNally was released and is to appear in Kingsbury Town Court at a later date.
The Kingsbury Fire Department and Fort Edward EMS assisted on the call, which was handled by Officers Kyle Kolar and Lance Barber.
