Butler, PA : Two drivers killed in crash involving tractor-trailer in western Pennsylvania on Monday December 7 2015

State police have identified two drivers killed in a head-on crash in Pennsylvania that also involved contact with a tractor-trailer moments before.
Troopers say 40-year-ol Ron Tokarchik, of Butler, was speeding and driving erratically on Route 422 when he left the westbound lane and side-swiped an eastbound tractor trailer about 12:15 p.m. Monday. That happened in Franklin Township, Butler County, about 40 miles north of Pittsburgh.
After hitting the tractor-trailer, Tokarchik's Jeep Cherokee continued before hitting another eastbound vehicle head-on.
The driver of that car, 52-year-old Mary Lou Berry, of Clarion, was killed, as was Tokarchik.
Police say the tractor-trailer driver wasn't hurt.
Police were continuing to investigate Tuesday.
