Richland County, SC : One person killed in three-vehicle crash in Richland County, SC Highway Patrol on Tuesday, 31st July 2018

One person was killed in a three-vehicle collision Tuesday in Richland County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The passenger in a 2008 Ford van was killed in the crash, according to Lance Cpl. David Jones.

Jones said the crash occurred at 2:15 p.m. at the intersection of Two Notch Road (US-1) and Polo Road. That’s near Sesquicentennial Park and Spring Valley High School.

A 2018 Toyota Camry sedan and a 2018 Jeep Cherokee SUV were stopped at a traffic light at the intersection, according to Jones, who said the driver of the Ford van was not able to stop before the wreck occurred.
