Bloomington,IN : Bus driver had meth in system during crash that killed three people on October, Friday 6th 2017

Police say a New Albany man was arrested Friday and charged with three counts of reckless homicide.
Three counts of Causing Death while operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance in the blood.
Three Counts of Reckless Homicide and two counts of Causing Serious Bodily Injury when Operating a Vehicle with a Schedule I or II Substance in the body.
Police say on July 22, 2017, the passenger bus Hodges was driving crashed into a stopped minivan on Indiana Business 37 North, just north of Bloomington.
The impact created a chain reaction of collisions into other vehicles.

The collision resulted in the deaths of three people and serious bodily injury to three others.

The minivan and other vehicles involved were stopped in a construction zone.
