Palmyra, ME : A Burnham woman is dead following a single-car crash on Estes Avenue in Palmyra on Sunday, 15th July 2018

A Burnham woman is dead following a single-car crash on Estes Avenue in Palmyra in which the vehicle she was driving left the road and crashed into trees and rocks, according to a press release from the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office.

Helen Hunt, 58, of Burnham, was driving a 1999 Mercury Mountaineer southbound around 142 Estes Ave. when the crash occurred sometime before 6:56 a.m. Saturday, according to the release, issued Chief Deputy James F. Ross.
