A woman and two children were pronounced dead following an crash in Miller County Arkansas.

It happened early Saturday morning on Interstate 49 about 2 miles north of Fouke, AR.

According to Miller County dispatch, there were 4 people involved in the crash.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene and the other 2 were flown to the hospital by LifeAir.

A 2013 Mazda 3 drove underneath the rear axle of an 18-wheeler's second trailer.

Aileen O. Jose, 30, and a girl were pronounced dead at the scene.

A boy and 32-year-old Moises A. Jose-Perez were taken to University Health, where the child later died.

All the individuals in the Mazda were from Lake Charles, Louisiana, according to the Arkansas State Police crash report.

The driver of the 2017 Kenworth tractor-trailer was not injured.

Arkansas State Police are investigating the crash.
