HENRICO, VA : Hit-and-run suspect charged in I-95 crash that injured tow truck driver on Monday, 29th April 2019

An 85-year-old Florida man faces charges after police say he fled the scene of a crash on I-95 on April 20.
Police were called to scene on northbound I-95, north of Parham Road, just before 5:25 p.m.
A wrecker driver was assisting a disabled RV on the right shoulder of the road when he was struck by a vehicle, police said. The vehicle that hit him did not stop, and may have continued northbound on I-95 or taken the Interstate 295 exit.
Police said that the suspect, Robert Lee Longnecker, of Panama City, was charged with one felony county of hit-and-run and reckless driving on April 29.
