Millsboro , DE : 29-year-old Georgetown man killed and driver injured in fatal head-on collision in State Route 20 on Thursday night, November 20th 2014

A head-on collision has killed a 29-year-old Georgetown man. Delaware State Police say Delmar Chilel-Chun was driving on State Route 20 in Millsboro on Thursday night when his car crossed the center line and hit another car head-on. Chilel-Chun was pronounced dead at the scene. He had been wearing a seatbelt. The driver of the other car, a 54-year-old Lewes woman, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
