Bellefontaine, OH : One person dead in Bellefontaine vehicle crash on Monday, May 16, 2016

One person has been killed in the three-vehicle accident in front of Scott’s Equipment Sales & Rental, in the 18,000 block of state Route 540, Bellefontaine police said.

The Bellefontaine Examiner is reporting that the fatality, a 52-year-old woman, had to be extricated. A second driver suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The third vehicle was moderately damaged, according to the Examiner.

A police dispatcher said no other information would be available until Tuesday morning.
