LAS VEGAS, NV : 2 injured after motorcycle crash in northeast Las on Friday, 19th April 2024

A man and a 13-year-old boy were hospitalized following a motorcycle crash in the northeast Las Vegas valley near Charleston Boulevard and Sloan Lane.

On Friday around 8:25 p.m., Las Vegas police responded to a report of a crash involving a motorcycle in the intersection of East Charleston Boulevard and South Sloan Lane.

Evidence at the scene and video of the crash showed that a Harley Davidson was driving westbound on Charleston, approaching the intersection while a Jeep Grand Cherokee made a U-Turn on a permissive green light.

The crash occurred when the driver of the Jeep failed to yield the right of way to the motorcycle, resulting in “significant damage to both vehicles,” police said.
