PHOENIX, AZ : Two women in critical condition after crash near 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye on Thursday, 14th September 2023

A woman has died and two adults are injured after a crash in west Phoenix Thursday morning.

Phoenix fire officials say the crash took place near 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road around 8 a.m.

When first responders arrived, they found two vehicles involved in a crash, with one person needing to be extracted from the vehicle.

Three people, a male driver, a female driver and a female passenger, were all taken to the hospital in "extremely critical condition." Phoenix PD says the passenger, identified as 27-year-old Edna Villa, died at the hospital.
