Jefferson City,MO : Local man injured in 1-vehicle accident on May,Saturday 26th 2018

Michael R. Garrard, 64, of Jefferson City, sustained minor injuries Saturday in a one-vehicle wreck in Cole County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reported he was driving westbound on his motorcycle at about 11:20 p.m. on the westbound ramp to U.S. 50 from Big Horn Drive

As he turned onto the westbound ramp, he struck a curb and laid the motorcycle on its side.

Garrard, who was taken to Capital Region Medical Center by ambulance, was wearing a safety device.
