Two people, including a Maryland State Police trooper, were injured late Thursday in a three-vehicle accident on Interstate 68 at Sideling Hill in Washington County, Maryland.
Sgt. L. Broadwater of the McHenry barracks was flown to R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore following the accident just before 11 p.m. on eastbound I-68 at the 74-mile marker, state police at the Hagerstown barracks said.
