Traffic is backed up for about five miles due to a vehicle crash on I-81 South in Rockbridge County.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) reports the crash occurred at mile marker 195.7, going toward the Lexington area, on Dec. 27.
Currently, all southbound lanes are open; however, drivers traveling in this area can expect delays.
