The Grantsville Council meeting fell silent evening when Roger Propst said city leaders heard about a DUI-related school bus crash that resulted in multiple students injured on state Route 16 in Calhoun County.
“We were in a town council meeting and we got the word and everything just stopped and everyone’s throat tightened up,” Propst said.
