GODFREY, IL : Man killed in I-255 crash sues alleged drunk driver on February, Wednesday 21st 2018

The estate of a South Roxana father of two has filed suit against an alleged drunk driver, claiming she did a U-turn on Illinois Route 255 last month and caused a fatal crash. The estate of Marlon D. Buford, 30, has named Amanda Runtz of the 5000 block of Southwood Drive, Godfrey, as well as Timothy Varble, who was also hurt in the accident.
