LAS VEGAS, NV : 2 pedestrians, 1 motorcyclist killed in separate crashes across Las Vegas Valley on Thursday, 18th January 2024

Three separate crashes Thursday night across the Las Vegas Valley resulted in three deaths. According to police, two of those killed were pedestrians.

According to Nevada State Police, just before 9:00 P.M., an adult female pedestrian was hit by a car while walking in the southbound travel lanes of N. Las Vegas Blvd. near Beesley Dr. and Range Rd. That pedestrian was pronounced dead on scene. The driver remained on scene and was cooperating with law enforcement.

Then around 10:30 P.M. Thursday night, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said a motorcyclist was struck and killed by a car at E. Bonanza Rd. and 19th St. According to police, the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it crashed into the sedan. The 20-year-old male motorcyclist died on scene, and the driver of the car remained on scene and did not show signs of impairment.
