A woman was in critical condition after a crash in Lehi on Monday afternoon.

About 1:15 p.m., a silver car on State Street was turning left to go north on Main Street when it was hit by a westbound Yukon, said Lehi Police Sgt. Bill Loveridge. The impact pushed the car off the road and onto some train tracks.

A woman, who was a passenger in the car, was flown to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in critical condition. The man who was driving the car went to the hospital in an ambulance, though police did not immediately release his condition.

The woman who was driving the Yukon was also taken to Mountain Point Medical Center for observation, Loveridge said. A child passenger in the Yukon was released at the scene.

Police were investigating the crash.
