DC man, daughter and grandson killed in car crash on I-95 in Virginia

A 69-year-old man, his daughter and his grandson, all District residents, were killed in a car crash over the weekend as they returned from a funeral.Thomas Willis, his daughter, Cindy, 47, and his grandson Isiah, 21, died in the crash on Interstate 95 on Saturday, the Virginia State Police said.
