Police have identified the man killed after being struck by a vehicle in Hamilton on Saturday night.

Roy Guy Still, 45, of Hamilton, was struck by a vehicle as he walked on Fairgrove Avenue around 8:25 p.m., police said.

He was flown by helicopter to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries, police said.

The driver of the vehicle that hit Still will not face any criminal charges in the incident, police said.

Investigators determined Still was under the influence of alcohol and he was not walking in a cross walk, according to the crash report.
