Tulsa, OK : 40-year-old woman dies after a car crash on north Peoria on Saturday, December 3, 2016

A 40-year-old woman died Saturday after the car she was driving struck a pickup truck near East Archer Street and North Peoria Avenue.

According to Tulsa police, Temica Bates, 40, was traveling south on North Peoria when she collided with a white Chevrolet pickup truck pulling a trailer.

Witnesses stated Bates was driving in an "erratic manner".
Both drivers were transported to the hospital.

Bates was later pronounced dead.

Police say the crash is still under investigation, but at this time it appears there will be no charges filed.
