Anderson County, SC : Troopers search for driver who left scene of deadly moped accident Thursday November 5 2015

South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers are still searching for the driver of a car that left the scene of a deadly accident in Anderson.The crash happened in front of the Olive Garden at the 700 block of Clemson Boulevard, also known as Highway 76, just before 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Phillip Omar Ligon, 36, of Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene, the Anderson County Coroner's Office said.
Ligon was on his moped when a car heading to the Olive Garden turned in front of him, causing him to crash into the car, according to state troopers.State troopers said after the first collision an unknown vehicle hit Ligon while he was lying in the road.
Then a second vehicle struck Ligon.
Investigators are searching for the driver who left the scene, but do not have a good description of the vehicle
