Lake Mary , FL : Pedestrian struck by semi truck whiile walking on path after parking his car near Lake Mary Boulevard on sunday afternoon , November 23rd 2014

A man parked his car on the shoulder of Interstate 4 in Lake Mary on Sunday and walked into the path of an oncoming semi-truck, according to the Florida Highway FHP said the man was killed just before 3:20 p.m. on the westbound side of the interstate near Lake Mary Boulevard. Officials have not released his identity as they first attempt to notify family members. Troopers said it appears the driver of the semi did nothing wrong. The driver was not hurt.
